Rachael Ross
I work as a coach and facilitator with leaders and their organisations in the private and public sectors including: BP, Deloitte, BERR, Unilever, BOC, Taylor Wessing, Reed Smith, MOD, National Grid, the Government Planning Inspectorate, Southampton University, Cambridge University, and the Crown Estate.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching, and I have graduated from an ICF accredited coach training programme with Coaching Development in the UK. I am a Master Practitioner in NLP, and I enjoy regular coaching supervision.
I have an MA in Modern Languages from Cambridge University, and have lived and worked in Austria, France, and Germany.
My working life began with Esso UK in the early 1980’s, where I joined as an HR graduate working in recruitment, industrial relations, leadership development and diversity.
In my late 20’s I joined the Coverdale organisation as a coach and change consultant where I am accedited as a team coach. As an experience early on in my career, it was a fantastic introduction to the art and science of coaching.
In 1989 I founded the change and diversity practice Schneider-Ross, and I continue as a Director, specialising in coaching on inclusive leadership. I founded my leadership coaching practice in 2006.
I am a published writer and enjoy writing - both on leadership and diversity, and on life through my poetry. I live in Wiltshire, UK with my family.
